House Cleaner (Residential Cleaning) – Shore to Shore Cleaning

Service Area: Suffolk County & Eastern Nassau, NY

Schedule: Choose between Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (Weekends Off!) or Tuesday - Saturday 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities

Perform thorough residential cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms & kitchens)
Follow company safety protocols
Manage light lifting (up to 20 lbs), bending, and kneeling
Communicate professionally with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction

What You’ll Need

Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle to drive between job sites
Willingness to submit to background check & drug test
Strong attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude
Ability to be on your feet 6–8 hours per day

OUR STORY

Jean-Marie began Shore to Shore Cleaning in 2015 as a single mom determined to create a better life for her two young daughters. Growing up in chaos, she discovered a deep sense of peace through cleaning, finding joy in restoring spaces to order. With no savings and only faith in her vision, Jean-Marie built the company from the ground up, driven by the belief that a clean home has the power to change lives. Along the way, she made community and giving back a cornerstone of the business, supporting local families, veterans, and those in need with free and discounted cleaning services.

Alexa Hyatt, founder of Harbor View Cleaning, shares a similar story of resilience and determination. As a single mom herself, Alexa turned her own life challenges into a force for good, creating a business that focuses on fostering health, happiness, and harmony in her clients’ homes. Her dedication to excellence and empowering others has shaped Harbor View Cleaning into a trusted name in the community.

A New Chapter

In January 2025, Shore to Shore Cleaning and Harbor View Cleaning officially joined forces, bringing together two powerful teams with a shared vision. Our merger allows us to serve more families across Suffolk County, create new opportunities for our employees, and expand our mission of giving back to the community.
